California Apostille Service

We provide fast same-day California Apostille Services to residents and businesses of Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, Santa Barbara and all of California.  We can take this complicated, time-consuming process off your hands by processing your paperwork directly with the California Secretary of State with as little as one-day turnaround.

How can I get an Apostille?

Following is my procedure to obtain an Apostille or certification for you:

  1. You deliver your documents to Westside Notary in person (by appointment only) or by mail.  I can also pick up and/or drop off your documents in the Los Angeles area for an additional fee.  Download our California Apostille Order Form.

  2. Fill out the Order Form and mail it in with the documents to be apostilled to: 1531 Camden Ave Ste 101, Los Angeles CA 90025

  3. For documents received by 5:30pm PST, your documents will be apostilled the next business day, based on availability (excluding Saturday, Sunday and major holidays).

  4. We return your apostilled documents by USPS, FedEx or UPS for an additional fee.

  5. Before mailing in your documents, I will have you scan (or take a picture) of your notarized documents to email/text message to me for verification of proper notarization.

  6. Call us before sending in your document(s) to confirm your request for our services and pricing.

What is an Apostille?

An Apostille is a document that is provided by the California Secretary of State as authentication of public official (e.i.: Notary Public) signatures on documents to be used outside the United States of America. The country of destination determines whether the authentication is an Apostille or Certification.

Why should I use your service?

I will be with you every step of the Apostille process.  Without using my professional Apostille service, you could spend several weeks trying to figure out how to obtain an Apostille and up to two months waiting for your documents to arrive from the Secretary of State.  I will personally take your documents to the Secretary of State with all documents done properly and returned within one business day.  I cannot tell you how many times I have seen Apostilles being rejected due to improper notarization.  You do not want to have your Apostille rejected!  This could waste weeks of your time!  Use an expert like me to make this process as painless as possible.
